Welcome to Corrective Services Industries (CSI) the commercial arm of Corrective Services NSW. CSI operates over 100 commercial business units and  service industries teams, strategically located in metro and regional correctional centres across NSW.

The key aims of CSI include -

• To contribute to the security, safety and humanity of corrections by providing meaningful work for 80% of available offenders.
• To advance the economic good order of Corrective Services through managing cost-effective operations based on a rigorous culture of commercial intensity.
• To equip offenders with foundation employability skills to improve their prospects for employment upon release.

CSI achieves this commercial intensity through emphasis on key business performance measures which include -

• achieving AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 quality standards
• HACCP accredited food services
• meeting the highest expectations in customer service
• developing environmental management systems
• meeting budget performance targets
• building pathways to post release employment
