The Honourable Justice Ian Pike was sworn-in as a Judge of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 30 January 2024. His Honour studied Economics at the University of Sydney, graduating in 1988 before continuing with a Bachelor of Laws also at the University of Sydney, graduating in 1990 with first class honours. From 1992 his Honour worked at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, before being called to the Bar in 1998. He then joined Eleven Wentworth Chambers specialising in appellate and commercial law, commissions of inquiry, equity, insurance and insolvency amongst many others. His Honour took silk in 2011.
