Camphor Laurel boards are viewed as one of the safest surfaces for the preparation of food, due to the anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties in the timber. The handcrafted boards are made by people in custody learning the craftsmanship of woodwork. Each board is designed and crafted to highlight the wood grain in the creating unique pieces of art.
CSI boards come in a variety of sizes, but our current favourite is the super handy ‘mini’ board – perfect for your cheese wedge, drink and snack or to rest your hot plates.
