Among the program’s standout success stories is its partnership with GCG Turbochargers, a leading Australian company specialising in turbocharger sales, service, and repair. Together, they’re proving that second chances can drive real impact for individuals, businesses, and society.

Founded in 1979, GCG Turbochargers has built a reputation as Australia’s premier turbocharger specialist. With over 22,000 products available online and a team of highly trained technicians, GCG services a wide range of industries from automotive and marine to mining and power generation.

As Master Distributors for global brands like Garrett Motion, BorgWarner, Mitsubishi, and IHI, GCG is known for its technical excellence and customer-first approach. Since 2022, GCG has partnered with the P2E program to provide job opportunities to individuals transitioning from the corrections system. The collaboration is built on a shared belief  that everyone deserves a chance to contribute, grow, and succeed.

P2E’s holistic framework includes:

• Pre-release preparation: tailored mentoring, job coaching, and industry-specific training to build confidence and capability.
• Post-release support: up to six months of case management, including job matching, onboarding assistance, and help navigating employment obligations.
• Employer engagement: ongoing support for businesses, access to a motivated talent pool, and guidance on inclusive hiring practices.
